Efficient and Precise Stop Setting for Woodworking
Based on time-honored principles, the Rip Gauge is an innovative tool that simplifies the process of setting stops anywhere between 0 and 25 1/2" (648mm) from either side of your track saw’s blade. Its unique design features a special piece that replicates your blade kerf (1.8mm, 2.2mm, and 2.4mm), allowing you to easily set the carbon fiber extension to your desired finished measurement with no need to factor in blade thickness.
Use it to duplicate the dimensions of existing parts without measuring.
Set the Rip Gauge against your track saw’s guide rail and slide various stops up to the carbon fiber extension, then secure them for confident cutting.
Key Features:
- It’s a physical template that ensures consistency for multiple stops used during a single process, with no time-consuming fiddling around, hoping your stops will be identical.
- Works with any guide rail in combination with Dash-Board Outrigger, Rip Stops™, Reversible Flip Stops, and our standard crosscut setup
- Product length: 30 5/16" (770mm)
Compatibility:
- Designed for use with the Dash-Board Outrigger’s Rip Stops™, our Parallel Guides, and Reversible Flip Stops on our standard crosscut setup, but you’ll find your own novel uses, too.
- Includes 3, swappable blade kerf tabs (1.8 mm, 2.2 mm, 2.4 mm)
Experience the simplicity and accuracy of the Rip Gauge, the perfect addition to your Dash-Board® woodworking toolkit.
